MyCoFriends is a B2B app designed to enhance employee engagement and retention by fostering better workplace connections. The app serves as a platform for employees to collaborate, connect, and participate in community-building activities. By improving workplace relationships, companies can create a happier and more engaged workforce, ultimately driving retention and productivity.I joined the project as a product consultant and designer, helping the team align their vision with a structured development process to address user needs effectively.

How it was done

• My Role: Provided product consulting and design expertise to guide the client through initial ideation, user research, website and prototype creation.
• Methods: Designed prototypes in Figma, built a website in Webflow (hosted on Netlify), and developed a strategic approach to iterate on the product.
